Located immediately adjacent to the new MLK Drive & I-71 interchange in Uptown Cincinnati, The Node is at the heart of the nascent Cincinnati Innovation District. The full development will ultimately contain more than 600,000 square feet of office & research space, hundreds of apartments, a large volume of ground-floor retail space, and 1 to 2 Class-A hotels. The first phase of the development is anticipated to be complete in late 2021.
